Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and makers revise models, packaging and included accessories between production runs, so small differences between an image and the product you receive are normal. Sizes, piece counts, capacities, power ratings, run times, weights and box contents shown are the details published by the maker.
Product guidance and safe use
Where a product page gives a capacity, run time, recommended age or power figure, it is the maker's figure, not our assessment of your event. Latex balloons, small parts and burst balloons are a choking hazard for young children, and balloons contain natural latex. Fog machines, chocolate fountains, chafing dishes and mains-powered lights need adult supervision. Read the maker's instructions before first use, use outdoor-rated leads and a safety switch with mains-powered gear outdoors, and keep heat sources and fuel away from children and decorations. Nothing on this site is electrical, food safety or safety advice.
